Our tailored, one-on-one graduate student tours offer an in-depth exploration of your program of interest, a guided campus tour that highlights Furman’s facilities, and opportunities to sit in on a graduate class or meet with your future program director. Register today and take the first step toward shaping your academic future with us!

    We are currently building tour opportunities one program at a time, so we apologize if your program of interest is not yet listed as a tour option.

    What to expect when you visit:

    Graduate student tours are approximately two hours in duration. Your visit will include an information session and FAQ with graduate admissions coordinator, Kelly Grant, followed by a golf-cart campus tour. During the campus tour, you will visit:

    • The Herring Center for Continuing Education Graduate Studies Office
    • Academic buildings such as Plyler Hall, the Roe Art Building, or Furman Hall
    • The Herman W. Lay Physical Activities Center
    • The James B. Duke Library
    • and more of our 750-acre campus!

    You can also sit in on a graduate class or meet with your program’s director to see what life will be like as a graduate student at Furman, or meet with current students in your program of interest. Upon registration, a member of our graduate admissions team will reach out to schedule your personalized tour.
