Master of Arts in Advocacy & Equity Studies:The MAAES program is designed for problem-solvers and community leaders: those who see issues in society and want to make a change. Our graduate students will learn to apply social justice theories, develop public narratives for social change, cultivate grant writing skills, conduct community-engaged research, and strengthen community organizing skills. Master of Science in Innovation & Leadership:This program develops leaders who leverage creativity, critique, feedback and iterative processes to develop team-based solutions for the challenges facing the communities they serve. Students learn to understand and apply frameworks of innovation, identify and employ collaborative strategies to amplify innovation, and devise solutions within rapid change, uncertain futures, and imperfect information.
